Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the BigBright Zoning Intelligence Platform (the "Platform"), an internal tool operated by BigBright for authorised team members only.

1. Authorised Use. Access to the Platform is restricted to BigBright employees and contractors who have been expressly invited. You must not share your credentials or grant access to any third party.

2. Data Confidentiality. All site intelligence, locality data, ordinance documents, and related content within the Platform is confidential and proprietary to BigBright. You must not disclose, reproduce, or distribute this information outside the Platform without prior written authorisation.

3. Acceptable Use. You agree to use the Platform solely for legitimate business purposes related to BigBright's billboard development activities. Misuse, unauthorised access attempts, or circumvention of the Platform's security controls is strictly prohibited.

4. Audit Logging. Your actions within the Platform are logged for security and compliance purposes. Logs are accessible to the Super Administrator.

5. Amendments. BigBright reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BigBright is incorporated.

7. Privacy. Your use of the Platform is also subject to BigBright's internal data handling policies. Contact your Super Administrator with any privacy questions regarding data collected within the Platform.
